Torch run closes bridge

International Bridge will be closed for an hour late Thursday afternoon.About 150 law enforcement officers from Michigan and Ontario will participate in a torch run for Ontario Special Olympic Winter Games. The run starts at Norris Center and proceeds to GFL Memorial Gardens.The bridge will be closed starting at 4:45 p.m.
