Tools were taken from a residence on St. Andrew’s Terrace on Feb. 15, police say.
Property was valued at $250.One male suspect was arrested on Tuesday. A second is still being sought.Henry Cadreau, 36, of James Street, was charged with break and enter and possession of stolen property.
