There's a new deputy in town

Robert MacLachlan says he has a lot to offer the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and wants to share his experiences to train younger officers.
The new deputy chief, officially sworn in Monday, says he’s always had a passion for policing and has a lot to offer his new community and home.
“It’s a long-term passion and that’s what drives me to want to continue in the field after this length of time,” he said.
