Tenaris trims AlgomaTubes production

Tenaris said Thursday it is reducing production levels at its seamless pipe manufacturing facility in Sault Ste. Marie by 25 per cent as a result of what it calls “market challenges.”This, the company says, will yield a temporary layoff of some 90 union employees as of Dec. 15.
