Studio 10 fire claims 1

One man is dead following a fire upstairs at Studio 10 late Sunday, the second major blaze in the downtown area in less than two weeks.
The victim, who has not been identified, was sent to Sault Area Hospital, but later died. Neither the cause of death, nor what sparked the fire, have been determined Monday.
Crews remained at the smouldering scene Monday, as parts of the structure collapsed.
