Stretching out to squash stress
Taylor Langlais, a personal trainer and strength coach with Fit Bodies, Fit Minds, leads a yoga practice at Algoma University’s George Leach Centre on Friday morning. The Algoma psychology graduate did a similar class during frosh week last September. Yoga can help develop better breathing skills to help students deal with school-related stress. The yoga practice was part of a welcome week for students starting their studies in January. A trip to Finn Hill is planned for Saturday. BRIAN KE
