Spike belt stops car

OPP have arrested two individuals accused of stealing gas from a service station in Wawa. Police say the incident occurred Sunday around 4:30 p.m. A short time later, officers saw the car headed south on Highway 17. The suspect fled at a high rate of speed. Police deployed a spike belt near Goulais River and the vehicle was stopped. Licence plates allegedly stolen in Saskatchewan were attached to the car.Read More
