Social Services inks deal to purchase Rosedale

The District Social Services Administration Board has acquired the former Rosedale School.
The school will be used as a multi-purpose community facility, a DSSAB press release states.
A new day care with up to 49 new child care spaces, a new Early ON Child and Family Centre will be incorporated into the building.
The Chapple Avenue property will also incorporate about 10 new affordable apartments for seniors and a new Chapple Albion Community Hub.
