Session teaches wine evaluation

Tett Cellars will host a wine assessment event, Savour Sip and Learn, on Sunday, Feb. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Grand Gardens North. The two-hour session is open to participants of varying levels of wine knowledge and will focus on introducing the basics of wine assessment through a guided tasting. Attendees will sample a selection of Canadian and South American wines while learning how to evaluate aroma, flavour, texture, and overall structure, says a media release.
