Second time winner claims Lotto Max prize

Sault Ste. Marie resident Virginia Bouchard has won $90,294.80 prize in the Oct. 12 Lotto Max draw.
The retired Canadian Tire employee previously won $12.5 million in November 2009 claiming the second-largest lottery prize ever won in Sault Ste. Marie.
Bouchard is the mother of three adult children.
The top winner was Irene Kangas, who claimed $13.9 million in 1991.
