Sault woman gets house arrest for fraud
The former head of a Sault Ste. Marie-based courier company has 10 years to pay back more than $500,000 she bilked from her employer. Lorraine Lariviere was also sentenced to house arrest for two years less a day by Ontario Court Justice John Condon on Wednesday. She pleaded guilty to fraud over $5,000 in July 2025.
