Sault teen douses Good Samaritan with bear spray

A 13-year-old is accused of punching an adult and dousing them with bear spray after the victim tried to help another youth known to the suspect.Police went to the 300 block of John Street late Tuesday afternoon. The accused, who can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was charged with assault, assault with a weapon, administer noxious thing,possession of weapon for dangerous purpose and unauthorized possession of weapon.Court date is Nov. 17.
