Sault man spits at special constable

A man allegedly spat on a special constable at Sault Ste. Marie Police Service. He was in custody on Thursday morning when the incident happened, police say.Darren Lambert, 32, was charged with assaulting a peace officer.He remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
