Sault man punches, pushes estranged wife

A woman was punched in the face and pushed to the ground by her estranged spouse.Domenic Spina, who pleaded guilty to six charges including assault, went to his wife’s Bayview home on March 26. He was on a release order and was supposed to avoid the woman, said assistant Crown attorney William McPhee on Thursday. They started to argue. Spina started walking away, turned around and assaulted the woman. The father of three also pleaded guilty to two counts breaching his probation and three
