Sault man facing arson charges

City police have charged a 24-year-old man with arson.
  It’s alleged he started a fire on Jan. 7 at 8:30 p.m. in his own residence on Blutcher Street and made no attempts to help control it.  Dylan Taylor has been charged with arson – damage to property.
  He was to appear in bail court.
