Sault housing market 'balanced'

Sault Ste. Marie housing market is neither a clear buyers’ nor sellers’ market right now, according to one local real estate professional.
Jason Sproule, of Century 21 Realty’s “J-Team,” told Sault This Week currently the local market is “stable and balanced.”
That’s not to say that nothing has changed in recent years. Sproule said over the last four years the average sale price of a home in the Sault has increased from $168,143 to $180,556.
