Sault has highest illegal tobacco use in Ontario

TORONTO, ON – Wednesday, November 15, 2017 – A new study measuring contraband tobacco levels in Ontario shows that nearly 40% of all tobacco products consumed in Ontario is illegal. Sault Ste. Marie had the highest contraband level in all of Ontario, more than double the provincial average at 86.4%, according to results of the study.
