Sault first to offer Start-up Visa program for entrepreneurs

Sault Ste. Marie is the first Northern Ontario city to offer the federal government’s Start-up Visa program.
The program is designed to attract foreign entrepreneurs who want to establish new, high-growth businesses in Canada.
The Economic Development Corporation is now certified under the program and the designation allows the organization to deliver the program.
