Salon fire deliberately set: OFM

A fire that severely damaged a central-area nail salon last summer was deliberately set, an Ontario Fire Marshal investigator has determined.
The fire, and explosion, at Pinks Nail Salon at 373 McNabb St., happened on July 31.
“The fire was classified as an intentionally set fire/explosion,” said investigator James Allen in an email to The Sault Star. “It was not an accidental fire.”
