Restaurateur strives for good Vibe

Kristy Rachkowski found local restaurant options for vegetarians were extremely limited, when she returned to Sault Ste. Marie after living away for 17 years.
She decided to fill that gap herself – having a background in leadership, business, finance and human relations – and in March 2017, opened Vibe Eatery & Juice Co.
The trendy restaurant, located on March Street at the Queen Street intersection, is the Sault’s only fully plant-based restaurant. Vibe is also gluten-free
