Reserve units are hiring

Canadian army reserve employment opportunities are showcased at an upcoming job fair at Sault Ste. Marie Armoury.The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 29, a release says.The fair is hosted by 49th Field Regiment RCA and 33 Service Battalion (Detachment Sault Ste. Marie).Information sessions, gun displays and simulator demonstrations are planned.The federal government wants to add 1,500 reserve members nationally, bringing the total number to 30,000.
