Registration nears for Baby Time program

Registration for Baby Time at James L. McIntyre Centennial Library starts Sept. 3. The weekly 30-minute program for infants aged up to 12 months and their caregivers runs four weeks starting Sept. 24 at 10 a.m.. Each child or caregiver must have a library card.
