Parked vehicle hit on Lake Street

An unoccupied vehicle parked in a driveway was struck by another automobile early Monday.The collision happened in the 800 block of Lake Street, police say.Rohtash Singh, 28, was charged with operation while impaired, alcohol and/or drug, having a blood/alcohol level of more than 80 milligrams and dangerous operation. The accused’s court date is Sept. 21.
