Paramedics collect food

Sault Ste. Marie paramedics will collect food to help Soup Kitchen Community Centre on Saturday.The seventh annual Helping the Hungry runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Joe’s No Frills on Korah Road and Food Basics on Trunk Road, a release says.The drive has collected more than 13,000 pounds of food, and $22,000 in cash, since Helping the Hungry launched in 2012.
