Owner gets hands on stolen truck driver

The owner of a stolen pickup truck removed the driver from the vehicle in Elliot Lake.The incident happened Feb. 20, Ontario Provincial Police say.The theft was reported from Mississauga Avenue. The owner found the truck stuck in a snowbank at Joubin Road and Hutchison Avenue.To stop the driver, the owner smashed a window and pulled him out. A physical altercation followed. The driver fled.
