Marie lawyer Michael O’Neill is 49th Field Artillery Regiment’s new honorary lieutenant colonel.His appointment was announced on Tuesday during a parade celebrating the renaming of part of Ontario Avenue to Garrison Way.O’Neill, a Sault Ste.
