Nicholas Berto gets bail
A Sault Ste. Marie man sentenced to jail for two years for running over a Sault College aviation instructor and leaving him a quadriplegic is now out of custody and on bail. A jury found Nicholas Berto, 20, guilty of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm and failing to stop at the scene of an accident in May.
