New CEO appointed to Sault Area Hospital

Sault Area Hospital has a new boss.
Wendy Hansson has been appointed president and chief executive officer of the Sault Area Hospital, effective July 3.
Hansson, originally from Sault Ste. Marie, has more than 25 years of experience in large complex health care organizations including regional health authorities, hospitals, provincial governments and consulting services, a press release issued by the hospital states.
