Multiple charges laid in Sunday incident

City police have laid charges in connection with a Sunday incident that left officers injured and police cars damaged.
Police allege that on Sunday, just after 2 a.m., a man engaged in an argument with others known to him in the parking lot of a downtown business on Bay Street.
The accused used a knife to threaten others who were present and during the incident took a cell phone belonging to one of them.
