Matthew Scott Running in Ward 5

Matthew Scott, wants to bring  some fresh ideas to the table, so he decided to run for City Councillor. On Monday Scott filed his papers to seek a Councillor seat in Ward 5. Riley Smith talks to Scott about why he chose to run. Watch the video above.
