Man with drugs, cash found in Sault's downtown

A wanted man had suspected fentanyl and cocaine in his possession, police say.He was found on Queen Street East on Monday afternoon. The narcotics had a street value of $3,300. The male also allegedly had $400 in cash.Shawn Blais, 49, was charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of property obtained by crime and fail to comply with appearance notice.He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
