Man waves hatchet at male in Sault's downtown

A man waved a hatchet when told to leave the parking lot of a downtown multi-unit residential building in April. Charles Shaw was seen at 137 East St., at 12:30 p.m. on April 14, said assistant Crown attorney Blair Hagan on Friday. A male, who knew Shaw, exited the property and said he had to go.
