Man roughed up, kidnapped

A fake gun was pointed at a man at an Albert Street West residence.The incident happened at a property in the 300 block on March 2.The victim was struck with the imitation firearm, police say. He was taken away in a vehicle before returning to the address. A television, valued at about $650, was taken from his residence.Two suspects were arrested on March 4.
