Man gets house arrest for domestic assault

A man will serve house arrest for assaulting his partner and damaging her property.A woman was pushed against the wall of an east-end residence when she argued with Kevin Parkin about his drug use on Oct. 24, 2025, court heard last Friday. A month later Parkin threw a water bottle at her television, cracking the screen, and damaged two chairs. Parkin, who pleaded guilty to five charges i
