Man faces trafficking, robbery, assault charges

A Sault Ste. Marie man was charged after a complaint of an intoxicated male in Batchewana First Nation on Sunday.Matthew L’Hereux, 22, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and obstruct peace officer.His court date is Sept. 24.The accused was also arrested by Sault Ste.
