M-28 road construction update

Both lanes on the M-28 overpass and the M-28 ramps on the I-75 interchange near Dafter, Mich., open on Monday.Temporary traffic signals will be removed, Michigan Department of Transportation says. Shoulders may be closed to complete remaining work.MDOT is spending about $1 million to reconstruct the ramps. Work is expected to be done by Nov. 5.
