Looks like holiday weekend planting should come later this year

Well, wasn’t that a wild Mother’s Day weekend – snow, wind, and heavy frost with a bit of sunshine mixed in.
Gardeners had all this pent up energy and were ready to hit the garden centres but the weather sure didn’t cooperate. However, I’m not complaining (much) as we all enjoyed having the opportunity to be inside the greenhouse out of the cold wind.
