A complex web of lawsuits and countersuits still continues around the failed attempt four years ago to get passenger train service from Sault Ste. Marie to Hearst running.
Railmark Canada Ltd. is claiming $33 million in damages against the Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Corp., the City of Sault Ste. Marie, Thomas Dobbs and Transport Canada.
