Jurich, Elliott advance in welding competition

Jacob Jurich and Owyn Elliott will represent Algoma District School Board at an upcoming trades competition.The Korah Collegiate and Vocational School and White Pines Collegiate and Vocational School students will take part in Skills Ontario Provincial Welding Competition in North Bay.
Jurich and Elliott advanced after competing in Sault Ste. Marie on March 20.Kayla Head, from White Pines, placed third and is the alternate in case Jurich or Elliott cannot attend.
