Judge issues Order for Security for Costs against Railmark Canada

The Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Corp. has been successful in obtaining an Order for Security for Costs against Railmark Canada Ltd.
Earlier this month, Ontario Superior Court’s Justice E Gareau ordered that Railmark Canada must pay the court $60,000 as security for costs if the company plans on pursuing its lawsuit.
