An Elliot Lake man won $100,000 playing an Ontario Lottery and Gaming scratch ticket.James Neville, 52, won playing The Big Spin Instant (Game No. 2104).He bought his ticket at Hillside Shop and Save on Hillside Drive.“It feels good, life-changing, there are always things you need to do, and this will help do a lot,” Neville said in a release.The cash will help the retiree with home renovations and a planned trip with his girlfriend next summer.
