Immigration application focuses on urgency to increase workforce

Sault Ste. Marie has 1.5 times as many people leaving the workforce than those entering it, statistics show.
And with more than a quarter of its workforce over the age of 55, employers will be looking to replace 9,000 workers in the coming years.
