Ideas sought for city budget deliberations

The City of Sault Ste. Marie wants residents, organizations and businesses to get involved in setting the city’s 2019 budget.
It’s accepting input at open houses, through an online budget tool and social media or by calling, faxing or mailing suggestions to the finance department.
A public open house budget session will be held on Wed. Jan. 16 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Civic Centre. City staff will be available in the Russ Ramsay Board Room to discuss the city’s budget
