Go green; go for a live tree, Sault North urges

Clean North encourages on its website the use of live Christmas trees as more environmentally friendly than artificial trees.
The organization invites residents to drop off their trees post-Christmas for recycling at the depot to be set up in the Cambrian Mall parking lot, open from Dec. 26, 24/7 for drop-offs.
Trees must be brought to the site before Jan. 9. Most afternoons will see a Clean North volunteer, but if no volunteer is available at other times residents may still drop off their trees
