Gloves missing, woman charged

A woman was caught red-handed when a pair of gloves went missing in Elliot Lake.An employee of a grocery store on Hillside Drive North put the gloves on a window ledge on Feb. 2. He went outside to put salt at the store entrance, Ontario Provincial Police say. When he returned, the gloves were gone. He spoke to an older couple who were in the area. A woman said she didn’t see the gloves.Video surveillance was viewed. The female was allegedly seen putting the handwear in her grocery bag.Mon
