Maria Kahtava prepares for Torch Ride Sault Ste. Marie at Husky on Trunk Road on Saturday morning. The motorcycle ride was a fundraiser for Special Olympics Ontario 2019 Provincial Winter Games to be held in the Sault. Kahtava wore a cheetah-inspired helmet and jacket for the ride on her Yamaha V Star 950. “I figure if I’m going to be a chick on a bike, I’m going to look like a chick on a bike,” said Kahtava.
