Gateway City needs two new ice pads: Report

NORTH BAY – An updated multiple-use recreation facility report recommends North Bay build two new ice pads and decommission West Ferris arena.
Based on current usage, there is a need for 4.8 ice pads in the city, concludes the report, presented council Tuesday night.
