FutureSSM moves forward with revised budget

FutureSSM will continue despite the province’s termination of $1.4 million in NOHFC funding.
City staff received word in March that the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corp. was cancelling its funding agreement for the project.
FedNor’s contribution to the project is anticipated to remain at current levels.
As a result, a revamped budget for the project was presented and approved by council Monday.
