Fremlin shares his Stompin' Tom stories

Now’s time for Duncan Fremlin to share the rest of the story about his time with Stompin’ Tom Connors.The Bar River native backed up the Canadian music icon with his band, Whiskey Jack. Fremlin’s ties to the man who wrote Algoma Central 69, Little Wawa and Damn Good Song for a Miner stretch back nearly 30 years. Fremlin was road manager when Connors came out of retirement and launched his first tour in 1990 after more than a decade out of the limelight.
