Fire department lands new equipment, member

HURON SHORES — Council has authorized bids for new Huron Shores Fire Department equipment.
Bids for a vacuum tanker truck are to be received by March 1 with a potential decision on the tender delivered at the March 13 council meeting. Municipal staff relayed that it could take up to a year to build the eventual vehicle.
